Dave Bach Designs is the logical extension of 3 decades of professional building design and construction experience. In 1979, Dave was commissioned to design his first superinsulated passive solar house. This work blossomed into a prosperous 25 years as a designer and building contractor specializing in highly energy-efficient projects creatively custom designed for the snowy, cold climate of Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula.
