Visit the Center

The SKRC is located in the Jutila Center for Global Design & Business in the old Portage Hospital in Hancock, two doors down from the Kangas Café. The Center offers a small reference library, community conference area, and a few rotating exhibits spotlighting sustainable projects and resources in the Keweenaw Peninsula.

The SKRC is open to the public during Jutila Center business hours (Monday–Saturday, 8am–8pm), except during scheduled events.

The reference library at the SKRC offers resources for green living

The SKRC reference library offers books, magazines, and video resources on a variety of topics regarding sustainable design and development. New resources are added frequently. Come on in and browse.
